理查德•斯坦利•彼得斯(Richard Stanley Peters,1919-2011)，英国伦敦大学教育学院教育哲学教授，曾任伦敦大学教育学院院长和不列颠教育哲学学会主席，是英国分析教育哲学代表人物和“伦敦学派”领军人物。著述颇丰，《伦理学与教育》是他的分析教育哲学代表作。 朱镜人(1949- )，合肥师范学院教授，安徽大学、安徽新华学院兼职教授。英国伦敦大学访问学者和布利斯托尔大学高级访问学者。主要从事外国教育史和比较教育学教学和研究。已出版《英国教育思想之演进》等专著、译著，发表论文90余篇。
